As part of celebrating women during the month of March, and under the auspices of the National Council for Women (NCW), and the Ministries of Culture, Social Solidarity, Youth and Sports, the Rahet Bally platform organized "The Rahet Bally Experience" event, under the theme "Wonder Mama Around the World", which witnessed the largest international shows and activities for the whole family, including children, mothers and fathers, and one of the largest business women gatherings where they may present their Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

     The event included a pavilion for NCW that included women's products within the National Programme for the « Egyptian Family Development » in 20 governorates, and the products varied between handmade carpets, leather goods, decorations in preparation for the month of Ramadan, as well as crochet lanterns, ornaments, Aswan products, soap and aromatic products.

        In addition to a live show by women beneficiaries from vocational training programmes within the “Addressing the Economic Drivers of Irregular Migration” project in partnership with the European Union (EU), in Luxor and Gharbia, where women produced organza lighting units. The pavilion was visited by more than 20 thousand individuals.

Moreover, H.E. Ambassador Christian Berger, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Egypt, praised the quality of the products.

       The event also included presenting women’s achievements around the world as part of the awareness-raising on the occasion of International Women's Day, within the framework of the support of both the National Council for Women (NCW) and the Rahet Bally platform for women and mothers.
